Here is what is included in your day:

🌅 Wake Up Yoga - to start the day with gentle movement to get your mind & body ready

🧠 Mindset Workshops x 2 - you can set an intention for the day or keep an open mind and go with the flow (Tanya, Tonic to the Zen, will speak to you about what you would like to achieve mentally prior to the day)

🧘🏾 Yoga Workshop - working towards a pose

🎼 Sound Healing- a guided group sound bath with the amazing Emma Hackett
