Summer Retreat

Welcome in the summer with a stunning Zen & Tonic retreat! The summer time is a wonderful time full of strong and lovely vibrations. It is a great time to grow and develop whether spiritually, mentally, physically and/or emotionally. Through movement, mindset and meditation we will take you on an incredible journey to help you spread your wings and fly.

Surrounded by nature, our summer retreat provides you with the opportunity to help ground yourself within the natural settings of Sandbanks Bay. Meet lovely new like-minded people and treat yourself to a day of self-care and self-love. An entire day to step out of your normal routine and embrace peace and tranquility and focus on only YOU.

Our summer retreat begins with a sunrise SUP Yoga (yoga on a paddleboard) session which is optional. Trust us when we tell you it is an amazing experience and you do NOT need to have experience with paddleboarding or SUP Yoga. Step out of your comfort zone and give it a go.

The full day schedule looks like this;

- 7.45am SUP Yoga - 1 x hour

- Beautifully prepared plant-based breakfast 

- 9.30am - 4.30pm - Full day of 3 x 1 hour Yoga sessions + 2 x 1 hour Mindset sessions

- Incredible plant-based lunch catered by local chef

- Holistic goodie bag with treats worth up to £200

*ALL YOGA ABILITIES WELCOME - we keep our retreats small so that all yoga abilities are catered for 

*ALL MINDSET SESSIONS ARE CREATED FOR YOU - in advance of the retreat we ask you to let us know if there is any area in particular you would like us to focus on. This is kept anonymous at the retreat
